Alumnae Gales of laughter filled the air in the corridors of the school last Friday evening as four 'old girls' relived their happy schooldays at Notre Dame. Lucy Windsor, Debbie Groves, Kate O'Rourke and Jo Engelsman all left the school aged 16 in 1982 and this was the first time they had returned. I am one of thousands of researchers funded by the BHF. Just £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist like me, but every pound helps so I’d be so grateful if the Notre Dame community could help me reach my target.
