Frames of Love
On Wednesday and Thursday, Year 6 performed a new show, ‘Frames of Love,’ in the Montaigne Theatre. Mr Lawson Lean wrote the script specifically for the girls and Mrs Shaw and Mrs Cesar selected songs and dances to suit both the story and the girls’ musical talents.
‘Frames of Love’ tells the tale of a group of schoolgirls who visit a struggling art gallery and, with the help of some of the portraits and statues, save it from closure.
The girls’ acting, singing and dancing was incredible. They brought the characters to life with the support of some outstanding costume and make-up design by Miss Gilhespie. The show was a real treat for parents, who were enthralled by the talents of this amazing Year group.
