Notre Dame is an Independent Catholic Day School for girls aged 2-18, in 26 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, only 20 minutes from South West London. We warmly welcome families of all faiths and none. Our all-round education puts our students front and centre to deliver the best academic results. We want to inspire a love of learning and build the foundations on which our students can grow and develop, with confidence, kindness, boldness and a sense of self.
Set in 26 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, our 700 students range from 2-18 years old and are the centre of everything we do. Our 400 year history makes us specialists in all-girls’ education, with happiness and success at the heart of our educational philosophy.

Premises Manager
Our Premises Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of the Facilities and Estate, as well as the day-to-day operational management and security of the School site.
They will ensure all health and safety legislation is complied with, in line with recommended codes of practice, and will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance.
They ensure the School runs efficiently and remains clean, tidy and well presented, as per the School’s requirements and provide a safe and secure site for all users.
They will have the crucial role of maintaining high standards on the site and of effectively using resources to enhance the learning environment for students and staff. This includes managing cost-effective procurement for utilities and outsourced services (e.g, building and equipment service agreements, cleaning, catering and transport).
They will oversee our event planning and coordinate support for School events to ensure they run efficiently and effectively, including facilities, insurance and health and safety.
They will also have direct line management and development of the Estates Team (grounds, caretaking, maintenance and minibus drivers), close liaison with academic and support staff and management of the external lettings programme and the use of the School facilities.

Head of Physics
Our Heads of Departments in our Science Department play a vital role in facilitating our outstanding science curriculum.
Located in our brand-new state-of-the-art ND Innovation Space, the Head of Physics inspires our girls across all three sciences in all three key stages of the School. The Heads of Departments are responsible for delivering our curriculum, building upon our successful extracurricular programme and maintaining our high level of safety and safeguarding.
This is a fast-paced, diverse role that requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thinking on your feet. It is one of our busiest areas of the School, and is one of the most popular subjects taught in our School.
Learning Support Assistant
Our Learning Support Assistants play a vital role in supporting our students who have additional and SEND-related needs, whilst assisting our teachers, parents and professionals, so that all our girls can be successful here at Notre Dame School.
Working collaboratively across the School, they provide frontline, and direct support. This role will work solely with one student, supporting her to reach her full potential and achieve her educational goals, whilst maintaining our high level of safeguarding.
This is a fast-paced, diverse role that requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thinking on your feet. Our Academic Support functions are one of the busiest areas of the School and are the heart of our ethos and culture.
Head of Finance
Our Head of Finance is responsible for the strategic management and
development of the Finance Department, as well as the day-to-day management
of our Finance team.
The Head of Finance plays a vital role in our School by ensuring strong financial
stewardship, promoting commerciality and ensuring the School’s long-term
sustainability.
The Head of Finance role is varied and encompasses budgeting, forecasting,
and audit compliance. They support the Executive, SLT, and Governors by
enabling the School to invest in high-quality teaching and resources, and to
enhance the experience for our girls.
Their strategic oversight supports long-term growth, protects resources, and
ensures the School remains competitive and financially secure in a challenging
educational landscape.
