Notre Dame is an Independent Catholic Day School for girls aged 2-18, in 26 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, only 20 minutes from South West London. We warmly welcome families of all faiths and none. Our all-round education puts our students front and centre to deliver the best academic results. IT Manager
Our IT Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, development and day
to-day management of the School’s technology infrastructure, systems and
services. The role ensures the secure, reliable and efficient operation of IT across
the School, supporting teaching, learning, administration and wider school
activities.
Working closely with senior leaders, staff and external suppliers, the IT Manager
leads the delivery of technology projects, cyber security initiatives and digital
innovation, while ensuring compliance with data protection and safeguarding
requirements.
The post holder is responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining high levels of
customer service and providing a modern, resilient technology environment that
supports the School’s educational objectives and operational needs.
Content Creator
Our Content Creator role is a hands-on,creative role at the heart of our Marketing and
Admissions function. Reporting to the Head of Admissions & Marketing, they work closely
alongside colleagues across the School to capture moments which communicate our key
marketing messages and values to key audiences across our social media channels.
They will be relied upon to bring excellent creative judgement, protect and elevate our
visual identity and engagement rates and to play an active, collaborative role within the
team. In line with the various events happening across the School and the marketing
priorities within the admissions cycle, they will be required to plan a social media
scheduling calendar in advance.
This role will suit someone who is immersed in a digital-first world, understands how
modern audiences consume content, how to increase community-based engagement and
can move fluently between writing compelling captions, designing posts and
photographing school events.
School Nurse
Our Registered and Qualified School Nurse plays a vital role in promoting
and safeguarding the health, wellbeing and welfare of all pupils within
the school community.
Working within a nurturing and supportive environment of our medical
room, the School Nurse and their team provide a high standard of
medical care, first aid, and health advice, ensuring that pupils can thrive.
As a key member of the pastoral team, the Nurse supports the School’s
commitment to delivering outstanding pastoral care, a key factor in the
School’s success and maintains the medical room as a safe place for our
girls of all ages.
