Notre Dame is an Independent Catholic Day School for girls aged 2-18, in 26 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, only 20 minutes from South West London. We warmly welcome families of all faiths and none. Our all-round education puts our students front and centre to deliver the best academic results. We want to inspire a love of learning and build the foundations on which our students can grow and develop, with confidence, kindness, boldness and a sense of self.
Set in 26 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, our 700 students range from 2-18 years old and are the centre of everything we do. Our 400 year history makes us specialists in all-girls’ education, with happiness and success at the heart of our educational philosophy.

IT Manager
Our IT Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, development and day
to-day management of the School’s technology infrastructure, systems and
services. The role ensures the secure, reliable and efficient operation of IT across
the School, supporting teaching, learning, administration and wider school
activities.
Working closely with senior leaders, staff and external suppliers, the IT Manager
leads the delivery of technology projects, cyber security initiatives and digital
innovation, while ensuring compliance with data protection and safeguarding
requirements.
The post holder is responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining high levels of
customer service and providing a modern, resilient technology environment that
supports the School’s educational objectives and operational needs.
Finance Officer
Our Finance Team plays a vital role in ensuring we maintain the highest level
of audit and uphold our customer service, supporting our staff, parents and
suppliers.
As a commercial hub for the School, they provide front-line finance support
working with both income and expenditure functions. They are responsible
for fee management with our parents, maintaining the purchasing ledger for
our suppliers, supporting our teams with operational spending and ensuring
our high level of safeguarding.
This is a fast-paced, diverse role that requires managing multiple tasks
simultaneously and thinking on your feet. It is one of our busiest areas of the
School and is the heart of our commercial function.
School Nurse
Our Registered and Qualified School Nurse plays a vital role in promoting
and safeguarding the health, wellbeing and welfare of all pupils within
the school community.
Working within a nurturing and supportive environment of our medical
room, the School Nurse and their team provide a high standard of
medical care, first aid, and health advice, ensuring that pupils can thrive.
As a key member of the pastoral team, the Nurse supports the School’s
commitment to delivering outstanding pastoral care, a key factor in the
School’s success and maintains the medical room as a safe place for our
girls of all ages.
