6C Spread Joy in a Heartwarming Friday Assembly
This morning, 6C delighted the whole school with a vibrant and uplifting assembly all about Joy. The tone was set from the very beginning as the class danced their way into the chapel to Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, the perfect soundtrack for a bright and sunny Friday morning.
During the assembly, 6C shared the many things that bring joy into their lives. From hobbies to special moments with family, their reflections were thoughtful, personal and full of positivity. The biggest smiles from the audience came as the children revealed photos of their adorable pets, prompting plenty of oohs and ahhs throughout the chapel. It was clear to everyone that pets, passions and loved ones are at the heart of what makes us all feel joyful.
The celebration ended with an uplifting hymn, leaving the whole school community feeling energised and ready for the rest of the day. A wonderful start to Friday and a big thank you to 6C for filling our morning with joy!
