🙏 Remembering Fr John Garry
Last Friday evening, members of the Notre Dame community – including Sisters, current and former staff, and parents, gathered at St Barnabas Church, East Molesey, for a deeply moving Memorial Mass in honour of Fr John Garry.
It was a time of reflection and gratitude for a truly remarkable priest who dedicated his life to God. A missionary at heart, Fr John served in Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, and Rwanda before returning to the UK, where he was appointed Assistant Leader for the District of Great Britain.
Fr John embodied the spirit of mission, always ready to take on the most challenging assignments with faith and courage. We were privileged to call him our friend here at Notre Dame, and his presence will be dearly missed by our entire community.
May he rest in peace.
