We are thrilled to share that Notre Dame School has been shortlisted for Independent Girls’ School of the Year 2025.

The Independent School of the Year award organisers have confirmed a record number of nominations received again this year, so we are extremely pleased to have been shortlisted. The Chair of the judging panel, Dr Helen Wright said:  “Independent schools across the world, it is clear, are working harder than ever to ensure that their students – and the whole community – will develop into well-rounded human global citizens who are able to make the most of their own skills in order to contribute positively to humanity.

It is truly wonderful to be part of these awards where ‘excellence in education’ is clearly celebrated.

A list of Finalists will be published on 9 September and the winners, chosen by the Independent Schools of the Year judging panel made up of sector leaders, will be announced at an awards ceremony in October.

This national recognition celebrates the excellence, care and ambition that define life at Notre Dame. Thank you to our wonderful staff, pupils and families for being part of such a special community.

Finalists will be announced in September – wish us luck!
