Remembrance Day Assembly
This morning, Mrs Morgan led a poignant assembly for the entire Prep School, reflecting on the significance of Remembrance Day. She explained that this important day marks the end of World War I in 1918 and serves as a time to honour and remember all those who have served and sacrificed in wars and conflicts around the world.
As a school, we will join the nation in observing a moment of silence next Tuesday, 11th November at 11am. We will gather together beside our Remembrance Memorial to pay our respects and reflect on the bravery and selflessness of those who came before us.
We Will Remember Them.
Certificates and Medals
Following the assembly, a number of girls were recognised for their achievements and contributions. Prefect badges were awarded, along with Living Life to the Full, Green Book, and Eurospace certificates. Sports medals were also presented in celebration of recent successes.
There is always so much to celebrate at Notre Dame!
