U9 IAPS Gymnastics Competition Report

Venue: St Faith’s School, Cambridge
On Saturday, our U9 girls travelled to St Faith’s in Cambridge to compete in the IAPS Gymnastics Competition. The team showcased exceptional skill and determination throughout the event, performing brilliantly in both the floor and vault disciplines.
The girls delivered an outstanding performance on the floor, scoring extremely highly thanks to their precision, creativity, and confidence in their routines. Their hard work and practice were evident in every movement. On the vault, they demonstrated great technique and consistency, achieving solid scores and showing real progress in this challenging apparatus.
Overall, the team represented the school superbly, combining talent with sportsmanship. Their achievements are a testament to their dedication and the support of their coaches. Congratulations to all the gymnasts for a fantastic competition!
U11 IAPS Gymnastics – Stamford, Sunday 30th November
Our U11 gymnasts travelled to Stamford on Sunday for the prestigious IAPS competition, and what a fantastic way to round off their term! The girls approached the event with determination and confidence, showcasing all the hard work they’ve put in over the past few months.
On the floor, they delivered strong, well-rehearsed routines, demonstrating poise and control. But it was on the vault where they truly excelled – producing outstanding performances that reflected their commitment and progression this term.
I am incredibly proud of how each gymnast performed on the day. Their effort, team spirit, and resilience were evident throughout, making this a brilliant finish to their gymnastics season. Well done, girls!
