Sports Posts U11 Netball v CLFS

On Tuesday, the U11 girls travelled to play a series of netball fixtures against CLFS, showing fantastic spirit and determination throughout the afternoon. The players braved the wet conditions, with the rain only beginning to fall more heavily in the later stages, but their enthusiasm and effort never wavered.

Across all courts, the ND girls demonstrated great teamwork, movement, and perseverance against a strong CLFS line up. Although the A, C, D, and E teams were unable to secure victories, each team worked incredibly hard, continued to improve as the games progressed, and showed real resilience in defence and attack.

A standout performance came from the B team, who battled end to end in a thrilling contest to earn an impressive 6–6 draw. Their determination, accuracy in shooting, and ability to stay composed under pressure were excellent to see.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see all the girls enjoying their netball, supporting one another and playing with smiles on their faces—rain or shine.
