Year 6 Explorers: Solar Power in Action!

For the past few weeks, our Year 6 crew has been on a mission to harness the sun! 🌞 They’ve been diving into the world of green energy and putting their knowledge to the test by building solar-powered robots. The classroom has been buzzing with creativity (and maybe a few robots dance moves in the making!). These amazing inventions are still a work in progress, but we can’t wait to see the final solar superstars shine. Stay tuned for the big reveal!

Year 3 Rock Stars!

This Term, Year 3 explored the fascinating world of rocks and fossils. They experimented with making lava, discovered how solid rock breaks apart through weathering (including root-wedging and ice-wedging), and even created their own fossils! A hands-on adventure into Earth’s history!

Year 5 Investigates Forces!

For the past few weeks, Year 5 has been exploring the world of forces, carrying out exciting investigations into air resistance, water resistance, and friction. From testing how objects move through air and water to discovering how surfaces affect motion, our young scientists have been hands-on and full of curiosity!
