This week, Year 3 enjoyed a stunning start to their learning journey into South America.
The girls boarded an imaginary flight and travelled all the way to Peru, where they explored the incredible Machu Picchu using VR headsets, taking in the breath-taking views high in the Andes Mountains. From there, they continued their adventure to Venezuela, where they marvelled at the dramatic beauty of Angel Falls, the tallest waterfall in the world. Their journey then took them to Brazil, where they ventured into the layers of the Amazon Rainforest and encountered some very cheeky animals along the way!
The girls are excited to spend the rest of the term in South America, where they will continue to learn about the fascinating culture, geography and history of this amazing continent.
