Ian Gomes joined the Board in March 2026.
Ian has a Masters degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Accountant who spent over 30 years with KPMG in various roles in the UK and overseas. He specialised in financial sector assurance and advisory assignments and carried out numerous forensic investigations for regulators in the UK and the Middle East.
After his early retirement from professional work in 2015, Ian accepted non-executive Board roles at regulated institutions, AIM companies and charitable institutions as Chair of Audit/Risk Committees. He was a governor of Box Hill School in Dorking for eight years from 2018 as Chair of the Finance & General Purposes Committee.
Ian enjoys travel, cooking and cricket.
He has three adult children, two of whom attended Notre Dame Juniors for a brief period.
