Our Year 5 pupils returned from their recent residential trip to the Isle of Wight full of smiles, stories and a wonderful sense of achievement.
Based at the Manor Adventure Centre, the girls embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, courage and a real spirit of adventure, tackling a wide range of activities that challenged and inspired them.
Highlights of the trip included an exciting day at Blackgang Chine Theme Park and a fascinating final morning at Dinosaur Isle, where the girls enjoyed fossil hunting and an engaging talk from a knowledgeable guide. The ferry crossings were smooth, setting the tone for a trip that ran seamlessly from start to finish.
Throughout the residential, the girls demonstrated excellent behaviour, strengthened friendships and showed impressive teamwork, supporting one another and making the most of every experience. It was a truly educational, inspirational and aspirational learning opportunity beyond the classroom.
A huge thank you must go to the dedicated staff team, whose kindness, care and tireless efforts made this such a memorable and enriching experience for all involved.
