Farewell Miss Fletcher

Final ballert Lesson with Miss Lucy Fletcher

This week marked the final ballet lessons of the term, and it was a pleasure to welcome parents into school to watch the girls’ last classes.

These lessons were particularly emotional as they were also our final classes with Miss Fletcher, who will be leaving Notre Dame after an incredible 17 years of dedicated service.

Over the years, Miss Fletcher has inspired and nurtured countless young dancers, sharing her passion, expertise and encouragement with every pupil she has taught. She has been a cherished member of our Performing Arts community, and while we will miss her greatly, we are enormously grateful for everything she has done for the school.

We wish her every happiness and success in the future. We would also like to congratulate two of our pupils, Amelia and Emily, who took their R.A.D. ballet examinations on Friday.

They worked hard in preparation – very well done to both of them.
