Year 3 is a major entry point in the Prep School, with girls joining us from state schools, infant schools and other independent schools.
We are now taking registrations for September 2018 and September 2019 entry.
Closing date for September 2019 entry is 1st March 2019
Your main contacts throughout the entire admissions process are our Admissions Manager, Mrs Natalie Foreman, and Director of Admissions and Marketing Mrs Beccy Johnson. Please feel free to contact them at any time if you have any questions - email email@example.com or telephone 01932 869993.
Your first step on the admissions journey is to visit our School. Families often find it helpful to attend one of our Open Events in the first instance - please click on the 'Open Events' link on the menu to see the dates of forthcoming events and to pre-register.
You are also most welcome to contact our Admissions Manager to arrange a private meeting and tour with our Prep School Head, Miss Merinda D'Aprano.
If you would like to proceed with an application, having visited us, we would ask you please to complete our registration form and return it to us with a fee of £50.
Notre Dame is a selective school and wherever possible we do like to meet all of our prospective children. Following registration, Prospective Year 3 applicants will be invited in for a Taster Day, which will include assessments. These assessments look at skills and competencies rather than knowledge. Subject to a successful day, offers will be made.
For all applicants, we request a reference from a child's exisiting school and ask for copies of the most recent school report as part of the assessment process.
* Although Year 3 registrations are welcome at any time of year, we have a March closing date to enable us to get all offers to parents before Easter preceeding the September start. Applications received after this date are still most welcome and any offers will be made from April onwards, subject to spaces being available.
Accepting a Place, Deposit and Fees
To accept the offer of a place we would ask you please to complete and return the offer documents. A deposit of £600 will be required to secure the place. This deposit will be held as a credit against a pupil's final account.
Fees are payable termly in advance, by direct debit.
