Forest School Fun for Wise Owls

The Wise Owls groups enjoyed a wonderful Forest School session today, watching birds and other wildlife and exploring nature with spotter sheets to learn about different species. The children also worked together to construct a bug hotel for invertebrates, supporting local habitats. It was delightful to see birds already occupying the nesting boxes, bringing the experience to life.

Reception Girls Create Bird Watch Area

A large box was transformed into a bird watch area as Reception girls enjoyed observing birds busy making a nest in a bird box. The children also helped to set up a new seating area using tyre seats, digging carefully measured holes with great precision to ensure the tyres fitted perfectly. A fantastic team effort — well done girls 👏
