Inter House Swimming Gala

Well done to all the girls who took part in the Inter-house Swimming Gala’s over the last few weeks.

It was great to have the excitement of competition back in the pool.

The girls produced some amazing personal best times which was lovely to see.

Many thanks to all the members of staff who helped at the galas and who came along to support the girls.

IAPS Virtual Event

This half term the girls have been taking part in the Virtual IAPS challenges along with other schools in the country as well as abroad. The girls completed 5 Hockey challenges, 5 fitness challenges as well as 5 gymnastics challenges, all earning valuable points for the school. Well done to all the girls who took part. The results will be finalised this weekend.

Christmas Games afternoons

For the last few afternoon sports sessions of this term we will be running Christmas themed activities for the girls. On these days the girls will need their hockey kit as well as Christmas fancy dress. This can be either tinsel in their hair or if they may have a hat or an outfit they wish to wear.

We will give the girls an opportunity to change prior to their games sessions, which start at 2:40pm.

Inter House Steps

This past week the girls have been stepping out as part of our inter house steps competition. Results will be sent out next week. Well done to all girls who walked and walked, adding to your houses step totals.
