Year 6 have been buzzing with excitement in science, blending creativity with hands-on discovery! They’ve created stunning botanical illustrations while learning all about plant structure, then taken their curiosity further by exploring how plants are classified. Using microscopes, they zoomed in to reveal the hidden world of stained onion cells—sparking plenty of “wow” moments along the way. The fun didn’t stop there, as they also investigated the big question: Is yeast alive? Watching bubbles form and hunting for signs of life made for a thrilling scientific adventure.
