Laser Shoot Triathlon

Swim, Laser Shoot and Run Event

We were delighted to host our first-ever Swim, Laser Shoot and Run Event in partnership with Cleves School, providing an exciting and unique sporting opportunity for girls in Years 4–6.

Participants were challenged across three disciplines. They first completed either a 50m or 100m swim, before moving on to the laser shooting station, where they had 50 seconds to hit five targets. The final stage saw the girls complete a 600m run, testing their endurance and determination after the precision required for the shooting element.

The event was a fantastic success, with all participants demonstrating excellent effort, resilience and enthusiasm throughout. The children particularly enjoyed the laser shooting aspect, which was a new experience for many of them. It added an exciting dimension to the competition and encouraged the girls to develop focus and accuracy under pressure.

It was wonderful to see the pupils supporting one another, embracing the challenge and representing their schools so positively. The feedback from both students and staff was extremely positive, and the enjoyment shown by all involved highlighted the value of introducing new and varied sporting experiences.

Following the success of this inaugural event, we are excited to explore opportunities to expand the shooting element in future competitions and continue developing this partnership with Cleves School. We look forward to building on this successful first event and providing even more opportunities for our pupils to experience this growing sport.
